A delicious soup made best with small french potimaron pumpkins this soup has a delicous texture and taste. Important use small fine pumpkins
Ingredients
- 500 grams of "Potimaron" pumpkin with a thin skin. chopped in cubes of 1.50cm x 1.50cm
- 4 pealed and cooked in chicken stock potatoes
- 1 liter chickenstock
- 0.5 tspn cumin
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Optional: 1 clove of garlic, 1 chopped fried onion, 0.5 light fried chopped chili
- 1 Tbspn butter
1Add the pumpkin pieces in a pan with the molten butten and gently fry for 15 minutes. season light with pepper and salt
2Cube the potatoes and cook in the chicken stock
3Combine all in a put and add the cumin and optional extras. Cook for 30 minutes and blitz to a fine puree. Enjoy!
