I have a confession to make: I LOVE MAULTASCHEN! When I spotted this place in Cologne I was very happy to say the least. Maultaschen are a german type of medium to large sized ravioli usually filled with vegetables and or meats. Here the focus is on food from "Schwabia" (Schwaben in German). And maultaschen are one of their most prominent exports. Furthermore they serve wines from Weingut Ellwanger. Below a selection of food on offer:

• Käsespätzle - German pasta which is delicious with cheese

The place does not look the part but is worth checking to escpape the curry sausage and kebab overdose in Cologne :) Enjoy!
