Chimichurri Sauce

This is one of those sauces I truly adore. Enjoy this straight forward Argentinian classic sauce. TIP: Add a delicious steak to this. Purchase the steak in advance and leave outside the packaging in your fridge for 1 - 2 days this will make it more tender. Service with Belgium frites and a delicous steak. However other meats can be just as delicous.

    Blitz the parsley, oregano, garlic, shallot and chilli flakes in a blender or chop very finely by hand. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and some salt and pepper to taste, and combine everything to a saucy consistency.
