About Rémy
This website is my journey through gastronomy — and through everything connected to it. It is a blog, a gastronomic diary and a recipe collection in one. I built it not to keep all of this to myself, but to share it with you.
It all started with curiosity: a plate here, a bottle there, a conversation in a kitchen that ran longer than planned. It grew into a collection — of addresses, dishes, notes and stories. Today you will find honest restaurant reviews, proven recipes and everything I keep learning about food and wine along the way.
