Tasting note
A wonderful DP with a stong presence citrus and perhaps a little "lemon peely". Soft traces of brioche. Fine elegant bubbles with typical DP structured acidity. Elegant notes of light young lemons. Elequent and moderate finish. A young but present member of the DP family. Will probably peak around 2015
Balanced. A little harsch and a present minerality. A very different DP.
