Tasting note

Strawberry red with a dark lumisent color toning toward raspberry brown. Deep ripe fruits greet you with light violet tones. The nose senses this wine is at its peak and needs to be drank now. Light and elegant with lots deep cherry the tannins are soft and elegant. Hints of cocoa with a light sense of bitter notes towards the finish. A very nice wine that is approaching its end of life. This is not a grand cru but a straight forward "vin d'Alsace" which is excellent. If you get it in time enjoy it!
