- Orange liqueur20 ml
- Fresh lemon juice20 ml

- 3Express the orange twist over the top.
Remy's tip
The classic 2:1:1 is a starting point; I pull the liqueur back a touch so the cognac speaks first. Sugar rim only if your lemons are angry.
