  • Fresh lemon juice25 ml
  • Simple syrup20 ml

How to

  1. 1Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a tall Collins glass full of fresh ice.
  3. 3Top with soda, one gentle lift with the bar spoon.
  4. 4Lemon slice and a cherry.
