- London Dry Gin50 ml
- Fresh lemon juice25 ml
- Simple syrup20 ml
- Soda water90 ml

- 2Strain into a tall Collins glass full of fresh ice.
- 3Top with soda, one gentle lift with the bar spoon.
- 4Lemon slice and a cherry.
