This is one breakfast option that I enjoy. Filled with energy, goodness, fibers, lots of healthy spices and a little zang and bursts of energy If you use powdered spices add them after cooking your cereal and let it "blend" for 10 minutes.

Add the cereal/oats to the water, add the cinnamon stick, cloves, anis stars (If you use powder wait!)

Once the oats are 90% cooked reduce the temperature and add all the spices. Taste and see if you enjoy the flavor balance a little. Becareful with cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, instant coffee and anis... they can overpower the other flavors quickly

Serve with fresh berries or a berry reduction... Add some roasted walnuts, or other nuts..... Enjoy!
