    combine the crème fraîche, vanilla yolks and eggs. Mix together. Add the sugar, mix again. Add the flour, mix again and salt, lemon and orange zest to taste. Add the luke warm melted butter. Add a little water (5 cl) if needed. Mix gently and put in the fridge.

    Heat the waffle iron and gently fill the shape and cook until golden brown and firm. Add the toppings of your choice. Just butter and sugar are nice too. Use your fantasy and enjoy the Belgium waffles
