Korean Fried Chicken

Maninate chicken for several hours idealy one day before in vacuum

Fry the first time for around 8 minutes till cooked and brown (shallow fry). Let cool and fry a second time for 3 - 4 minutes

Warm the sauce and coverthe chicken and stir. Add sesame (roasted) and a finely chopped green onions

Serve with jasmin rice. And a gurken, lime, coriander salad
