A decade on, this old-vine Bourgueil sings redcurrant and violet over a discreetly leafy edge — Cabernet Franc with its collar unbuttoned. Heerlijk now, and in no hurry whatsoever.
Flight 4 'Loire Cabernet Franc'. Old vines, organic, unfiltered; classic Bourgueil.
