    In a large bowl put the pasta, eggs, cheese, and mozzarella chopped, pepper, a pinch of salt and butter. Mix well. In a large pan heat a little 'oil and pour pasta. Let it simmer but not too hot. When the dough is golden turn the omelette helping with a plate and continue cooking until you have a beautiful golden crust on both sides. You can serve it hot to lukewarm.
