A delightful sugar cookie yellow color. Nice brioche and toast on the nose. For such a young champagne a little yeasty. This is a dry champagne with crisp green apple like acidity that plays so well with lots of young fruit and notes of  pear, red apple on the pallete with a playful nuttiness and extremely fine delicate sophisticated bubbles. The finish is delicate and has a long breath..This is a great vintage with exceptional potential for aging. Simply majestic.
