Verkostungsnotiz

This is a wonderful and classic white Rhône blend. Initial nose shows some vanilla, disappearing quickly. What follows is an intense mixture of blossoms, white fruit, lots of spices and a beautiful almost Burgundy-like minerality. The palate gives a perfect match. This is a nicely structured wine showing creamy and buttery elements. Everything is at its place all buffered by a good acidity and freshness. The finish shows gingerbread notes and is of good length. Excellent stuff and perfectly to drink now.
