Domaine Tempier 2000

A dark  crimson red with a subtle but dense nose with a ripe array of scents somewhere between dense earth and herbal grass. On the pallette I enjoyed its moderate complexity with fine and present tannins tied in well with the red fruit of plums and cherries, licorice and solid potential of maturity and delicious finish. One of the favorites.
