- Cachaça60 ml
- 1 lime, in wedges30 ml
- Cane sugar (2 tsp)8 ml

- 1Muddle lime wedges with sugar in the glass.
- 2Fill with crushed ice, add cachaça.
- 3Stir well from the bottom up.
Remy's tip
Muddle the lime WITH the sugar — the crystals sandpaper the oils out of the peel. That is where the magic lives.
