- Angostura bitters (3 dashes)3 ml
- Sugar cube4 ml
- Champagne (or good Crémant)110 ml
≈ 131 ml · 1.1 standard drinks

- 2Top slowly with cold champagne.
- 3Lemon twist, no stirring.
