  • Angostura bitters (3 dashes)3 ml
  • Sugar cube4 ml
  • Champagne (or good Crémant)110 ml

How to

  1. 1Soak the sugar cube with bitters, drop into the flute.
  2. 2Top slowly with cold champagne.
  3. 3Lemon twist, no stirring.
