- Simple syrup 1:18 ml
- Aromatic bitters (2 dashes)2 ml

- 1Stir whiskey, syrup and bitters with ice in the glass or a mixing glass.
- 2Strain (or keep) over one large cube.
- 3Express the orange twist over the top and drop it in.
Remy's tip
Stir longer than feels polite — the drink is done when the glass sweats. No fruit salad in mine, thank you.
