- Passion fruit liqueur15 ml
- Passion fruit pulp40 ml
- Simple syrup 1:18 ml
- Fresh lime juice10 ml
- Prosecco30 ml

- 1Shake vodka, liqueur, pulp, syrup and lime hard with ice.
- 2Double-strain into a chilled glass.
- 3Float the passion fruit half on top.
- 4Serve the prosecco in a shot glass on the side.
Remy's tip
Use ripe, wrinkly passion fruit — smooth skin means sour disappointment. The prosecco sidecar is not decoration, it is pacing.
