- Fresh lemon juice30 ml
- Simple syrup 1:125 ml

- 1Shake hard with ice for 12-15 seconds.
- 2Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- 3Lemon wheel and a cherry.
Remy's tip
Optional egg white turns it velvet (dry-shake first, then with ice). Skip it and it is still a beautiful drink — just louder.
