Piper-Heidsieck Rare 2002

On the eye this champage  is citron white and  crystal-clear with a light shimmer. Sniffing this wonderful creation shows delicate mango and green exotid fruit combined with dome dried fruit and nuttiness. The mild spices show the depth with notes of white pepper,  smoked tea and a lot of perspective finishing with a subtle freshness and this shows how young this wine still is and the long future ahead for this exceptional champagne creation.
