Baga off limestone, taut as a bowstring — sour cherry over a cool forest-floor shadow that kept unfurling for days after the cork. Poured last that evening; by midweek it was arguably first.

Flight 5 'Baga from Bairrada'. Limestone soils, indigenous Baga, low-intervention style. Last place of the evening—but even better five days later (unrefrigerated!).
