Henschke Mount Edelstone Shiraz 2016

Once a year a wine silences the table; this was it. Blackberry built to cathedral scale over a cool thread of eucalyptus, tannins polished like riverstone, the finish still going at the next flight. Prachtig is too small a word — I gave it the twenty anyway.
