Rose and pale cherry, verfijnd to a fault. Gattinara at its most slender — the acidity outruns the fruit, and elegance alone doesn't quite fill the glass.
Flight 7 'Piemont'. Nebbiolo (Spanna) from Gattinara, Alto Piemonte; delicate, high acidity.
