    Grill the eggplant (cut in two halves lengthwise. make cuts in the flesh side carefull not to cut the skin. Brush the top with olive oil. Add some wood in silverfoil inside the grill or oven to get the wood flavor. Grill for 45 minutes at 180 degrees (top heat as well). Let this cool down for 20 minutes. Cover a bowl to ensure you get the condensation liquid for additional flavor

    Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix and store cold. Include the liquid from the eggplants!
