Going Greek - Greek Rice with Feta, Giros and Tzaziki

This is one of those dishes that is delicious and brings lots of flavor and texture. Delicious meat and rice with Tzaziki! It is a good idea to make the Tzaziki in advance. Cook the rice a little before and a minimal undercook is good. This is comfort food with a smile.

Serve with a good glass of Greek red wine

a nice Syrah from the Northern Rhone. Just thinking of Cote Rotie..

  • Sparkling wine / Champagne

Alternatively a good bottle of sparkling wine such as a young fresh champagne like Landon. And yes Tzaziki and champagne do go together!
