My Pepper Sauce
My easy pepper sauce recipe.

Go to step two or heat some olive oil or oil of your choice and fry the garlic and optional onion for around 5 minutes

Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix well

If not fine enough press through a fine sieve and pount into a clear disinfected bottle (Pour boiling water in the bottle before you add the ingredients)

Optional leave out of the fridge for 3 - 4 days open the jar or bottle every day to release the "fermentation gas" In the fridge leave in a container with a little opening. At your own risk. Enjoy this amazing sauce that get better over time.
