Skyr Bread

A wonderful alternative to bread. Bake and wait a few hours and enjoy this low card alternative to bread. Use as bread and enjoy. Add other herbs to give the bread more different flavors.

    Mix the eggwhite with the baking powder untill you get nice peaks. Now mix the eg yolks with the garlic powder and skyr until blended. Add this mixture to the egg white and gently blend in.

    Preheat the oven to 150 Celcius and place the breads (Large sauce spoon a piece with distance of at least an inch on the tray with baking powder otherwise they stick together. Bake for around 16 minutes
