    For option 1 mix all together and leave for 30 minutes. Divide in potions of 50 grams and use a tortilla press or pasta machine (Atlas thickness 5) and use a round shape. Fry lightly 1 - 2 min on each side and use a MAPP burner quickly to create additional browning
