Around 100 grams of protein power and lots of flavor an almost guilt free delight. With some electrolite power!

    Mix the protein powder and milk, cocoa powder till nice and airy for 2 - 3 minutes

    add the salt, glycerine and vanilla and flavors

    Put in your ice cream machine and churn for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Freeze around 3 hours before serving. Enjoy! Add cocoa nibs or pieces of chocolate :) I love roasted pistacio pieces.
