Named for the Ghanaian masquerade festival — and it drinks like one: two rums, apio, passion fruit, tropical juices, grenadine, and a lime on fire. A parade in a tiki glass.

How to

  1. 1Shake everything hard with ice.
  2. 2Pour into a tiki glass and pack with crushed ice to the top.
  3. 3Garnish with banana leaves at the back of the glass.
  4. 4Hollow a lime third, add a dash of overproof rum, light it carefully and float it on top.

Remy's tip

Yes, the lime gets LIT — a spoon of overproof rum in a hollowed lime shell, one match, instant festival. Keep hair and banana leaves clear of the flame, hè.
