- White rum30 ml
- Dark rum30 ml
- Orange liqueur (triple sec)15 ml
- Fresh lime juice25 ml
- Orgeat (almond syrup)15 ml

- 3Garnish with mint and a spent lime shell.

Orgeat is the keel of this boat: too little and it capsizes into sour, too much and you are drinking marzipan at sea.
