Recreating a Japanese Classic

Today, I was looking to recreate one of my absolute favorite desserts. I am going hunting for red bean paste and then I will make these beautiful little treats according to a fantastic recipe I found online. The directions are clear and precise, and I am really looking forward to the outcome. Best of all, this modern version is made without the traditional wooden hammer!
